REAL WORLD RESULTS

I started with JoAnn a little over a year ago. I’m never one to ask for help – I always think I can figure things out on my own – but when it came to my weight loss journey, I knew I needed help. I was scared about parking because I knew I’d wind myself if I parked too far away from my destination. I was scared to go clothes shopping because I didn’t want to know my size. I was scared to even begin exercising because I was embarrassed to face the fact that I was no longer as strong as I had been in high school.

But when I met JoAnn, she took that fear away.

She took my mind off my own insecurities from day one. We started with the basics, and she built me up. Little by little, I’ve grown stronger. And little by little I’ve been losing the weight that I had struggled to shed on my own.

I travel a lot for work, and JoAnn has instilled a sense of discipline in me that I hadn’t had before. When I go on trips, I make sure I go to the gym to get my cardio and resistance training in. I have a new found responsibility to my new (and ever-changing) body.

It’s the little things I’ve noticed.

I’m no longer afraid of parking, because I don’t get winded from long walks across the parking lot. I have a new fabulous wardrobe because I’m now confident in myself. I work out almost every day with JoAnn or my friends.

On a more health-related note, since beginning my journey with JoAnn, my plantar fasciitis no longer ails me and I can walk 9 miles without batting an eye!

JoAnn is more than a trainer. She’s more than a nutrition coach. JoAnn is my friend who has given me my life back. I can’t wait to see what the picture looks like next year! Thanks JoAnn!

In three short weeks I have made great strides with Joann’s guidance. I was so nervous about signing up with a trainer, it can be intimidating out there on the floor with so many people. JoAnn has given me such a boost in my confidence level with her guidance in an awesome workout routine I am seeing results not only physically but in my confidence level as well. I think JoAnn’s own personal struggle sets her apart with her style and expertise and has made a huge difference in the motivation I use in my workout.
